TikTok Affiliate Account Manager

Full-Time (40 hrs / week) or Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

We’re scaling fast and looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok.
You’ll manage multiple TikTok affiliate or growth accounts — posting daily content, tracking results, and helping shape what goes viral next.

Your Role:

???? Daily Posting & Scheduling – Maintain a consistent posting rhythm across multiple TikTok accounts.

???? Engagement & Community – Reply to comments and boost engagement signals to help videos rank.

???? Performance Tracking – Monitor watch-through rates, conversions, and product clicks; flag what’s working.

?? Light Video Editing – Trim clips, adjust text overlays, and format for posting (CapCut preferred).

???? Content Optimization – Spot trends, test hooks, and help craft captions that drive sales.

???? Team Collaboration – Join two short weekly syncs with the broader team.

Who You Are:

???? Deep knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm and trending formats.

???? Experienced managing or growing TikTok accounts (personal, brand, or affiliate).

???? Comfortable using CapCut or similar tools for quick edits.

???? Basic understanding of TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing is a plus.

????? Organized, analytical, and able to handle multiple accounts at once.

???? Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of tasks.

Two Paths (choose your focus):

Affiliate Content Management – Focus on posting, tracking sales, and optimizing performance of our core TikTok Shop affiliate accounts.

Account Growth Management – Focus on building and scaling new theme-based TikTok accounts through consistent viral-style posting.
