JOB OVERVIEW

Part-time or Full Time| 15–40 hours per week | Must work within 9 AM – 9 PM Winnipeg (CST)

We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join RE/MAX One Group! If you’re motivated, organized, and thrive on communication, this might be the perfect role for you.

At REMAX One Group, we help clients buy and sell both residential (primarily) and commercial properties across Winnipeg and the surrounding area. Our team is professional, approachable, and results-driven. We value consistency, strong communication, and long-term relationships with clients and within our team.

We are growing FAST, and there will be opportunities to earn more through performance-based bonuses as you deliver results.

What You’ll Do (ISA Focus)

Manage inbound and outbound leads in Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM

Call, text, and email new and existing leads to qualify interest and set appointments

Track and update client details, lead statuses, and call notes accurately

Follow up with leads daily and maintain a consistent communication rhythm

Coordinate with our real estate team to book buyer consultations, listing appointments, and follow-ups

Nurture long-term leads through personalized outreach

Report daily activities and results to the team lead

Assist with light admin and marketing coordination as needed

Bonuses & Compensation

Base pay: $5.00 CAD per hour (paid bi-weekly)
Performance bonuses: Earn additional pay for each qualified appointment set and met
Growth potential: As you deliver more results, your earning opportunity will increase

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) or similar CRMs (e.g., LionDesk, KVCore, HubSpot)

Has prior experience in real estate inside sales or lead conversion (preferred)

Is fluent in English, both spoken and written

Is confident on the phone, with excellent communication and follow-up skills

Is reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Can work during Winnipeg hours (9 AM – 9 PM CST)

Is comfortable being monitored with HubStaff for productivity tracking

Wants to grow with a supportive and high-energy real estate team
