About Us
We are a U.S.-based boutique immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their American dream.
We are seeking a part-time Marketing & Design Assistant to help us maintain a consistent and professional online presence by publishing content on YouTube, our website, and social media platforms.
You don’t need to know immigration law — all topics and materials are provided.
Your role is to ensure everything looks professional, polished, and on brand.
We value reliability, consistency, and clear communication.
You’ll have steady work, structured systems, and flexibility in your schedule.
Role Overview
• Hours: 10 hours per week (part-time)
• Schedule: Flexible (you manage your time as long as deadlines are met)
• Rate: $7 USD/hour
• Commitment: Long-term relationship preferred
• Work setup: Remote
Responsibilities
YouTube
• Upload attorney-provided videos to YouTube (Unlisted).
• Write or refine SEO-friendly titles and descriptions using provided keywords.
• Add tags, chapters, cards, and end screens.
• Design custom thumbnails in Canva (branded colors and logo).

WordPress Blog
• Upload finalized blog posts (draft mode: “Pending Review”).
• Format headings (H2/H3), embed the YouTube video, and add images created in Canva.
• Use Yoast SEO to optimize meta titles and descriptions.

Social Media
• Design 1 graphic per post in Canva (square format, branded).
• Schedule drafts in LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite using provided captions.
• Send post drafts for approval before publishing.
Tracking & Analytics
• Maintain a content tracker in Excel (OneDrive).
• Track publication dates, links, and performance metrics.
• Collect monthly analytics (YouTube views, blog traffic, social engagement).
• Provide a short monthly summary of what’s performing best.
Required Skills
• Strong Canva design skills (portfolio required).
• Experience publishing in WordPress (Yoast SEO, formatting, embedding).
• Experience scheduling posts in LinkedIn or Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OneDrive.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Bonus Points
• Experience creating PDFs or newsletters in Canva.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or YouTube Studio.
• Prior work with law firms or service-based professionals.
