Position Overview

We’re seeking an AI Video Generation Specialist who can transform concepts into engaging, visually stunning video content using the latest AI tools. The ideal candidate understands the nuances, limitations, and strengths of multiple AI video generation platforms and can use them strategically to produce exceptional results.

You’ll collaborate with our creative and post-production teams to design, script, and execute videos that feel cinematic, cohesive, and emotionally engaging.

Responsibilities

-Generate high-quality AI videos from scripts, prompts, or creative direction.

-Leverage various AI platforms (HeyGen, Creatify, Kling, VEO, Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Sora, etc.) to produce content with the right aesthetic and tone.

-Maintain character or avatar consistency across multi-scene or multi-video campaigns.

-Combine AI-generated visuals with human editing techniques to enhance realism and storytelling.

-Stay current with emerging AI tools and advise on optimal use cases for different project types.

-Collaborate with writers, editors, and directors to refine the creative process from ideation to delivery.

Qualifications

-Proven experience producing AI-generated videos (portfolio or reel required).

-Proficiency in at least 3 or more of the following tools:

HeyGen

Creatify

Kling

VEO

Runway

Midjourney

Pika

Sora

Higgsfield

-Strong understanding of the unique capabilities and limitations of each platform (e.g., text-to-video realism vs. animation control).

-Creative eye for pacing, composition, lighting, and tone.

-Ability to maintain visual and character continuity across assets.
