JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Amazon Store Manager to run and optimise our Amazon Seller Central account for The Happy Pet Store.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of listings, inventory, pricing, and advertising, ensuring the store is performing efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, variations, and optimisations (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images).

Monitor and manage stock levels, fulfilment issues, and customer feedback.

Handle Amazon cases, performance notifications, and account health metrics.

Run and optimise PPC campaigns to improve sales and ROI.

Conduct competitor and keyword research to enhance visibility and conversions.

Generate weekly performance reports (sales, traffic, ad spend).

Suggest strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.

Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Strong understanding of FBA, FBM, listings, and PPC.

Knowledge of Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools is a plus.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
