What You’ll Do:

Welcome and guide leads with care, answer simple questions, offer the right resource, and make next steps easy.

Nurture warm leads from webinars, email/SMS lists, and our >Facebook community.

Start new conversations on social media (FB/IG/LinkedIn) and move qualified people into DMs

Send friend requests, engage in groups, spark value, adding conversations, and transition qualified prospects into the DM.

Warm outreach & follow-up with existing leads from webinars, summits, email opt-ins, and SMS lists.

Qualify prospects using proven scripts/SOPs and book them on our team's calendar..

Pre-qualify and book qualified Connection Calls on our calendar.

Send gentle reminders / reschedules to improve show-ups.

Keep notes tidy and update contact status as you go.

Share what you notice. What messages and follow-ups work, and suggest small improvements.

(Optional growth) Shadow sales calls if desired; if you excel, train toward light closing.

Hit daily clear KPIs and send a quick end-of-day report.

Improve the system: suggest tweaks to messages, cadences, or SOPs that lift show-up and conversion rates.

(Optional growth track) Shadow sales calls and step into closing once you consistently exceed setter targets.

This is a concierge role, human, careful outreach over volume.

What You Need (Must-Haves):

1 year in lead generation, appointment setting, or customer care..

Strong written English; clear, kind tone.

Comfortable serving a faith-friendly audience (prayer/Scripture when the other person invites it).

Reliable setup: solid internet, quiet space, workable backup plan.

Can work in the US Eastern Time Zone, Mon–Fri, and some Saturdays.

Organized and steady: follow simple steps, keep notes clean, meet daily goals.


Nice to Have:

Experience booking calls for $3K+ programs.

Familiarity with basic CRMs, SMS tools, or Google Workspace.


Compensation & Growth:

Status: Independent contractor.

Pay: 38,000–47,000 per month (DOE), base only. (final figure confirmed at offer.)

Schedule: US Eastern Time Zone, Mon–Fri (Some Saturdays).

13th-month pay

Holidays: Philippine holidays by mutual agreement.

Base salary: 37,800 – 43,700 / month

Possible monthly & quarterly performance bonus.

Clear path to higher base and (if desired) training toward closer responsibilities.
