JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organised social media and general assistant to join our growing (Mindshift -AI) business. You will be working closely with the founder to help lead social media efforts, and general business activities such as research. This role combines social media management and digital marketing support. You’ll work closely with the founder to research ideas, develop scripts, and bring them to life through copywriting, email campaigns, and social media content.
If you enjoy writing, learning new topics, and shaping ideas into content that educates and inspires, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Course Content Development (approx. 40%)
Research industry topics, customer challenges, and emerging trends.
Develop course outlines, lesson plans, and slide decks
Draft learning materials (handouts, guides, workbooks).
Generate ideas for new courses and content formats.
Collaborate on structuring courses into clear, engaging modules.


Marketing & Social Media (approx. 60%)
Write copy for email marketing sequences and newsletters.
Create social media posts (copy, visuals, scheduling).
Support campaign planning across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Repurpose course content into shorter social or email pieces.
Track engagement and suggest improvements.



Skills & Experience
Excellent writing skills, with a clear and engaging style.
Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
Some experience with digital marketing (email campaigns, social scheduling tools).
Creative eye for content presentation (slides, visuals, short-form posts).
Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects at once.


Bonus: prior experience in education, course development, or copywriting.
Tools fluency: Canva,ChatGPT/Claude
