Cold Caller (Real Estate)

NOW HIRING: REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER VA

We are a growing real estate investment company and we are looking for a motivated and reliable virtual assistant to handle outbound cold calling. If you are confident on the phone, coachable, and results driven, we want to speak with you.

Position: Real Estate Cold Caller (Virtual Assistant)
Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week
Location: Remote
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to property owners using our software and script
• Build rapport with homeowners
• Ask qualifying questions and gather property details
• Enter accurate notes into our CRM
• Set appointments for the acquisitions team
• Follow company processes and meet KPI goals

Requirements:
• Strong English speaking skills with clear communication
• Able to make high volume calls per day (200 to 400)
• Professional and reliable work ethic
• Stable internet and quiet work environment
• Experience in cold calling or sales preferred
• Real estate calling experience is a plus but not required
