Your Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Virtual Assistant who can help expand our Commercial Division by generating high-quality commercial leads and booking on-site estimate appointments.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential commercial clients (property managers, facility directors, universities, hospitals, etc.)
Conduct cold calls and cold emails to introduce High Five’s services
Enter and manage leads through our CRM system
Follow up with prospects and schedule on-site estimate appointments
Track and report daily progress and results

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting (preferably in cleaning, facilities, or B2B services)
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Strong organizational and CRM skills (Housecall Pro, Customer Factor).
Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working U.S. hours (10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST)
Experience is a must
