JOB OVERVIEW

If you excel at B2B relationship building, have strong communication and research skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple product lines, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) from mid-market to enterprise companies, building high-quality segmented contact databases using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and industry directories
Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls following structured 3-5 touchpoint cadences, leveraging WIC community and President's network for warm introductions
Conduct discovery calls and present customized sales decks for OPULIS Global Book Tour, ICONS Movie Tour, and Insider Circle Leadership Program to qualify interest and demonstrate value
Personally invite qualified leaders to product launches, screenings, and sessions while coordinating event registrations and follow-up communications
Draft and customize sponsorship proposals, bulk book orders, and membership offers tailored to client priorities and business needs
Coordinate with President and Partner Benefits Manager throughout the sales process to drive signed agreements, secure payments, and ensure smooth deal closure
Maintain CRM/Airtable system with weekly updates on contact information, touchpoints, meeting outcomes, and pipeline progression
Provide comprehensive weekly pipeline reports tracking lead generation, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals closed by product line

Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (must-have)
Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in corporate/enterprise markets (must-have)
Strong research and database management skills with experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft personalized outreach messages and present to C-level executives
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and corporate sponsorship or membership sales models

Tools You'll Use:
CRM & Database: CRM/Airtable systems, LinkedIn platform, ZoomInfo (must-have)
Communication: Email outreach platforms, LinkedIn messaging, phone/video calling systems (must-have)
Research & Prospecting: Conference attendee lists, industry directory databases
Presentation: Sales presentation software, proposal creation tools (must-have)
Project Management: Calendar scheduling tools, meeting coordination platforms (nice-to-have)

Time Commitment & Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
