We are a fast-growing firm operating in the investor relations, capital raising, and crowdfunding space. Our proprietary CRM platform helps businesses capture, nurture, and convert investor leads through automation and data-driven tools.

We streamline investor management and capital-raising campaigns by integrating marketing, funnel automation, and CRM in one system.

We’re now seeking a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist / Manager to lead the setup, optimization, and scaling of automation systems that directly support fundraising, investor outreach, and conversion funnels.
Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have deep technical and strategic experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) to architect automation, pipelines, and sequences tailored for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion — especially within B2B, SaaS, fintech, or investor marketing contexts. You will be responsible for translating capital-raising and investor campaign goals into scalable automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
– Build and manage GoHighLevel automations, workflows, triggers, and campaigns focused on investor lead generation and nurturing
– Design and maintain funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, booking calendars, and pipelines across multiple client accounts
– Manage email, SMS, and voicemail sequences with attention to deliverability, compliance, and personalization
– Customize CRM pipelines and contact segmentation to track investor journeys, deal flows, and conversion metrics
– Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs) for seamless data flow across marketing, analytics, and CRM systems
– Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, funnel drop-offs, and ROI
– Troubleshoot and optimize automations to reduce bottlenecks, decrease errors, and improve system efficiency
– Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to ensure automation aligns with campaign messaging, targeting, and strategy
– Stay updated on GoHighLevel updates and best practices, adapting automations to take advantage of new features

Requirements
– Proven experience managing GoHighLevel accounts and automations (minimum 1–2 years)
– Solid understanding of workflows, triggers, pipelines, and automation logic
– Experience building lead generation and nurturing funnels in a B2B or SaaS environment
– Technical proficiency with CRM systems, email/SMS marketing, and integrations
– Strong data analysis skills — able to derive insights from campaign metrics and iterate accordingly
– Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and organization
– Clear communicator and collaborator — able to work with cross-functional teams
– Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

Qualifications
– Experience working in the investor relations, fundraising, fintech, or SaaS industries
– Hands-on knowledge of Zapier, Integromat / Make, or API integration workflows
– Background in digital advertising, funnel optimization, or marketing automation
– Familiarity with copywriting, landing page optimization, or user experience principles
– Experience handling multiple client sub-accounts or managing white-labeled automation setups
– Can work on US hours EST
