About the Role
I’m looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help manage daily operations and communication flow across my business portfolio.
You’ll work directly with me to keep things running smoothly across
This is not a simple admin job — I’m looking for someone who can think ahead, communicate clearly, and keep projects organized with minimal oversight.
Core Responsibilities
Manage Outlook / Gmail calendar, scheduling, and inbox organization
Take detailed meeting notes and summaries during calls
Handle social media engagement (Instagram, LinkedIn — liking, commenting, responding)
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentation decks
Manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Track and organize tasks, projects, and expenses
Send professional
Keep team notes organized and ensure follow-through on tasks
Required Tools / Skills
Exceptional English — both written and spoken (you’ll communicate directly with U.S. clients)
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Canva (basic graphic or post creation)
ChatGPT / AI tools for drafting and organizing content
Instagram + LinkedIn posting, scheduling, and engagement
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience
HubSpot CRM familiarity
Shopify (order management or listings)
Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager
Ideal Candidate
Fluent, natural English communicator — written and spoken
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (Indiana / EST overlap)
Has reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Positive attitude and professional communication style
Pay & Hours
$5–$8 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Full-time or part-time (flexible based on candidate fit)
