Client Success Manager for Digital Marketing Agency

Hi there,

We are a digital marketing agency based in Toronto looking for a client success manager. We work with dentists and chiropractors across Canada and the US, helping them get new patients through local SEO and Google ads.

We are looking for a client success manager who can conduct meetings with clients, understand what their marketing needs are and develop strategies to move forward, keep in contact with clients, respond to their emails, create a positive experience for them, send gifts and other methods to increase client retention.

You must be:

- Extremely fluent in English.
- Great communicator
- Professionally dressed
- Confident on video with professional background
- Have no problem speaking on the phone/video calls

You must be available during EST business hours - 10am to 5pm EST
