Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Medical Assistant from the Philippines to join our U.S.-based healthcare team. You will support both administrative and clinical operations, communicating directly with patients and customers while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments

Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Update and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Process medical forms, insurance verifications, and billing support

Assist the medical team with other assigned administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related medical field (preferred)

Physician Assistant certification or equivalent medical training a plus

Licensed Medical Doctors are welcome to apply

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology is an advantage

Additional Requirements

Must wear a white shirt (hospital-style attire) while working

Must remain on camera during the entire work shift

Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Work activity will be monitored through Hubstaff or Monitask

Must be willing to work overnight Philippine time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT)

HIPAA Training

If you already have HIPAA certification – that’s a plus!

If not, we will provide HIPAA training and certification.

Salary & Growth

???? Starting Salary: $2 per hour

With consistent improvement, pay can increase up to $10 per hour.
