• Minimum 3-5 years (or more) estimating experience in service/cleaning/maintenance or construction-adjacent field.

• Familiar with blueprints, schematics, job descriptions and materials in the field of construction and janitorial estimating.

• Proficient to experienced with efficiently extracting necessary information from provided documents

• Demonstrated Excel proficiency (complex formulas, dashboards, data-analysis).

• Familiarity with billing/invoicing, payroll coordination (even if not full payroll admin, at least involvement).

• Experience improving office systems, workflows, process efficiencies (Lean / 5S / process optimization) preferred.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid role: you’ll be estimating most of the time, but also aiding back-office functions, so adaptability and strong organization are key.

• Preferable: exposure to automation, AI tools, or at least eagerness to leverage technology to improve estimating/office workflows.

• excellent communicator; able to work with field teams, vendors/suppliers, and office administration.
