Squarespace Website Revisions

Here’s an example of a page structure and layout style that I really like and want to use as a reference to enhance the rest of my site: ---------- . I’d like to create a more cohesive and elevated look throughout the website while keeping everything user friendly and visually strong.
Just so you’re aware, a portion of my current site was written in custom code and then embedded into Squarespace. I’m specifically looking for someone who can work comfortably within Squarespace but also understands how to build around or adjust custom code where needed.
