Long-Term Social Media + Executive VA Wanted — Build, Create & Grow With a Global Entrepreneur

Are you someone who wants to build something bigger than just a job?
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-driven Social Media + Executive VA to help manage and grow personal brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — plus support other creative and admin projects.

You’ll edit and post Reels, write captions using ChatGPT, repurpose content, and assist with presentations, research, and light email management.If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership, loves learning, and wants to grow long-term with a purpose-driven brand then this is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Edit and upload Reels (CapCut, Canva, or InShot)

Use ChatGPT to create captions, hooks, and ideas

Plan and organize content calendars

Track engagement, suggest creative improvements and execute growth stratergies

Repurpose content across platforms

Assist with other admin and creative projects (presentations, research, emails, etc.)


REQUIREMENTS

Excellent written English and communication skills

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content

Confident using ChatGPT for content and idea generation (must-have)

Skilled in video editing and Canva

Highly organized, reliable, and proactive — not just waiting for instructions

Willing to learn, improve, and grow with the brand

SALARY & BENEFITS

35,000–55,000/month (depending on experience) with bonuses for social media growth and brand performance

Full-time: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Pay increases on average 3–6 months (based on performance)

Long-term, stable position with a growing international entrepreneur
