We’re looking for a Remote Conversion Specialist who lives for the chase and takes pride in keeping our schedule full, our patients engaged, and our days running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate virtually with our in-office team and leadership for ongoing improvement and performance reviews
- Convert inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries into booked appointments
- Follow up quickly on missed calls and pending treatment opportunities
- Maximize the daily schedule and keep no-shows and cancellations to a minimum
- Communicate clearly and confidently to help patients say YES to scheduling & showing for appointments

The Details
Schedule [Full-time opportunity only]
- Monday thru Thursday --> 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Friday --> 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Headset or headphones with clear audio quality
- Comfortable with CRM/PMS software and screen recording for quality assurance

Bi-weekly pay via Payoneer + KPI-based bonuses
