Sneha Lundia is an entrepreneur, mentor, and business advisor dedicated to empowering women founders, small business owners, and purpose-driven leaders. Her content inspires confidence, clarity, and growth — blending business strategy, mindset, and authentic storytelling.

We’re looking for a creative, independent, and design-savvy Social Media Manager who can elevate Sneha’s digital presence, craft compelling content, and manage an engaging, consistent brand experience across platforms.

Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Sneha’s social media strategy to grow visibility, engagement, and community across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (and potentially TikTok or Threads).

You’ll manage the full content cycle — from ideation and design to publishing and analytics — while maintaining Sneha’s voice, aesthetic, and mission-driven tone.

This is a part-time or freelance role with the potential to grow into a long-term, strategic partnership.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with Sneha’s goals, speaking engagements, and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for content series, collaborations, and brand storytelling moments.
Content Creation & Design
- Design visually engaging posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos using tools like Canva
- Repurpose existing video/podcast/blog content into platform-optimized posts.
Social Media Management
- Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and responses to comments/DMs.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across platforms.
Analytics & Growth
- Track and analyze engagement, follower growth, and reach metrics.
- Experiment with trends, formats, and hashtags to increase organic reach.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sneha for approvals, content planning sessions, and brand alignment.
- Proactively suggest new ideas to enhance brand storytelling and visibility.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years managing social media for a personal brand, influencer, or thought leader.
Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Canva — with an eye for clean, modern, on-brand design.
Creative Mindset: Ability to translate abstract ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and captions.
Independence: Self-starter who can take initiative, manage timelines, and deliver polished content with minimal supervision.
Strategic Thinking: Understands audience psychology, brand positioning, and content that builds trust and authority.
Communication: Excellent writing and editing skills, with a flair for captions that connect.

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Understanding of personal branding and storytelling for coaches, founders, or thought leaders.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Later, Notion, or Metricool).
