We are a fast-growing U.S. SaaS company redefining how construction projects are run, and we are looking for a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to own and grow our digital presence.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for running PRIVV’s content engine across LinkedIn, X, Instagram,
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram,
Create and manage a monthly content calendar for all channels
Write, design, and schedule posts using Canva, HubSpot, and AI tools
Write and publish weekly blogs that highlight industry insights, client success, or technology trends
Create and send a monthly newsletter through HubSpot
Draft product release updates and announcements in collaboration with the product team
Update website content with blogs and company updates (Webflow experience is a plus but not required)
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow community interaction
Analyze performance and refine strategy based on data
Stay current on platform trends, construction technology news, and AI tools for content creation
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing social media and content marketing for B2B, SaaS, or construction-related companies
Strong English writing skills with a professional, clear, and concise tone
Proven portfolio with examples of social media pages, blogs, or newsletters you have managed
Experience with Canva, HubSpot
Comfortable using AI tools for writing, design, or research (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
Skilled at writing both short-form social content and long-form blogs
Experience creating short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Organized, self-managing, and proactive
Comfortable working with a U.S. time zone overlap
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with construction, engineering, or sports facility industries
Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for blog content
