JOB OVERVIEW

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with focus on ROAS improvement
- Build landing pages in WordPress + Elementor using our SEO-optimized copy
- Set up conversion tracking: Google Ads, GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel
- Test and validate all tracking before campaign launch
- Configure GoHighLevel funnels and automations
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven optimizations
- A/B test ad copy, audiences, and page layouts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Minimum 2 years managing Google Ads + Meta Ads with proven results
? MUST show portfolio with ROAS metrics and campaign screenshots
? Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor (mandatory)
? Expert in conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
? Ability to implement provided scripts into conversion-focused designs
? Basic GoHighLevel knowledge or quick learner
? Excellent English communication
? Available 2PM-10PM PHT

- Claims without metrics/proof
- Less than 1 year paid ads experience
- No WordPress Elementor examples
