Job Summary
The Amazon & Multi-Channel Account Manager will be the guardian of our product presence across key platforms. You'll create compelling, SEO-optimized product listings from scratch, manage inventory sync, and continuously refine listings to boost visibility, conversions, and rankings. This role reports to the E-Commerce Director and collaborates with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create and Launch Listings: Develop high-converting product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other channels, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, images, and videos.
Optimize for Performance: Analyze listing metrics (e.g., search rank, conversion rate, BSR) using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellerboard; implement A/B tests, keyword research, and PPC adjustments to improve organic and paid traffic.
Multi-Channel Management: Monitor and maintain listings across platforms, ensuring pricing consistency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with seller guidelines; handle promotions, bundles, and variations.
Inventory & Reporting: Track stock levels, forecast demand, and generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, ROI, and optimization wins.
Compliance & Best Practices: Stay ahead of platform policy changes (e.g., Amazon's A9 algorithm updates) and ensure all listings adhere to brand standards and legal requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative teams for asset production and provide insights to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce account management, with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (multi-channel a plus). Proven track record of creating and optimizing listings that drive measurable sales growth.
Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC (Amazon Ads preferred), and keyword tools; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and automation tools.
