About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented social media video editor/manager to grow the online presence of a 4-year-old motocross racer, Sawyer (#75). Sawyer has already raced more than 50 gate drops, uploads weekly race content, and is working toward national-level competition (Loretta Lynn’s).
We’ve already built the base — 10+ videos on Instagram and lots of raw clips from races and practices.
Now, we need a skilled editor to take our videos to the next level, add personality, and build our brand across platforms (Instagram, TikTok,
You’ll use our footage and the best ideas from other top moto pages we’ve already researched for inspiration — but we want a fresh, high-quality, family-country-rock-Christian vibe, not cookie-cutter moto edits.
Key Responsibilities
???? Content Creation & Editing
Edit race, practice, and family clips into engaging Reels (10–30 seconds each), 3–4 per week.
Use country, rock, or Christian-style music (not trending pop sounds) that fits the energy and values of our brand.
Incorporate clean text overlays, smooth transitions, and strong storytelling — show both racing action and family culture.
Deliver consistent brand quality while experimenting with fresh, creative editing styles.
Select thumbnail frames and hooks that draw attention but keep it authentic.
???? Social Media Management
Post and manage content on Instagram,
Grow engagement by using researched hashtags, tagging key brands (Cobra Moto, FXR, Yamaha, 1st Phorm, etc.), and engaging with other moto pages.
Maintain consistent brand tone: positive, family-centered, hardworking, faith-based.
Suggest post captions and descriptions that fit our personality — clean, confident, no fluff.
???? Strategy & Reporting
Create a simple weekly content calendar (3–4 Reels, 2–3 Stories, occasional photo post).
Review analytics to track growth and engagement.
Recommend tweaks to improve quality, reach, and storytelling.
Qualifications
Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.) — must show examples of your work.
Good eye for pacing, music, and storytelling.
Experience with Instagram and
Fluent in English (for captions, simple storytelling, and coordination).
Reliable and responsive — able to turn around edits within 48–72 hours.
Bonus: Interest in motocross, outdoor, or family lifestyle content.
Hours & Compensation
Initial: 5-10 hrs/week (organizing content and creating the first month of videos).
Ongoing: 2-5 hrs/week (regular editing, posting, and engagement).
Pay: Competitive for PH market, based on skill and turnaround speed.
Long-term partnership opportunity as Sawyer’s brand grows and attracts sponsors.
