Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Independent Training Provider specialising in the Hair, Beauty, and Wellbeing sector. TNB has grown significantly over the past year and is now seeking a Funnel & Facebook Ads Specialist to help the business accelerate lead generation, improve campaign performance, and strengthen our brand’s digital footprint.

Description of the Role

As the Funnel & Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising marketing funnels and paid advertising campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospective learners and partners. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team, you will plan and execute strategies that maximise return on ad spend and ensure our messaging reaches the right audiences at the right time.

Responsibilities of the Role

Funnel Creation & Optimisation
- Design, build, and optimise high-performing marketing funnels (lead magnets, opt-ins, nurture sequences, sales pages).
- Create landing pages, thank-you pages, and sales pages using Go High Level, ClickFunnels, or Kajabi.
- Integrate funnel elements with CRM systems, email automations, and tracking tools.
- Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned ad copy and calls-to-action.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve conversion rates.

Paid Advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads campaigns from strategy to reporting.
- Research and define target audiences using demographic and behavioural data.
- Develop creative ad visuals and messaging that drive engagement and conversions.
- Track and analyse performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Optimise campaigns daily to ensure efficient ad spend and measurable ROI.

Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, UTMs, and event tracking.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
- Use Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Go High Level dashboards to guide optimisation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing funnel performance.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales Team, and Content Creators to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Support the launch of training programmes, events, challenges, and live campaigns.
- Share learnings, insights, and creative ideas during marketing meetings.

Employment Details

Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Founder

Salary: £12740.00 Pro-rata

Hours: 25 hours per week (Online)

Annual Leave: Paid 28 days (pro-rata)

Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facebook Ads Management and funnel building. Proficiency with Go High Level. Analytical mindset and experience with automation and reporting tools.
