Role Overview
We’re seeking a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant to help execute and maintain the operational backbone of the Revi platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, can handle repetitive tasks without losing focus, and has experience working inside SaaS or automation platforms. Your work will directly support our growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Flow Duplication & Setup
Duplicate and implement pre-built automation flows across multiple client accounts on the Revi platform.
Conditional Logic Building
Build out complex logic conditions within the Revi interface based on flow requirements and CRM data triggers.
Platform Sync & Data Entry
Copy and paste flows from Revi into third-party tools such as EZ Texting, ensuring perfect replication and alignment.
Account Configuration
Assist in the setup of new client accounts, integrations, and messaging infrastructure such as contact groups and campaign tags.
Process Execution
Follow exact instructions to the letter, and complete administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
Tool Familiarity
Operate confidently across Slack, EZ Texting, Google Sheets, and Revi’s proprietary platform.

Tech Fluent
Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools is a must.

Availability
Minimum of 15–20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow as needs increase.
Requirements
2 or more years of experience in an administrative or VA role within a tech or SaaS environment
Familiarity with CRM tools, SMS platforms like EZ Texting, and/or automation logic
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Strong command of English and ability to follow complex written instructions
