Cold Texting Representative

Our company is hiring virtual assistants who have their own CRM tool or “business texting platform” to SEND TEXT MESSAGES to sellers of single-family homes in the U.S.. And then pre-qualify them as motivated sellers. Must have at least 6 months of experience generating motivated house seller leads, cold calling or cold texting, and pre-qualifying real estate seller leads to determine if they are "motivated" sellers. Our acquisitions team will follow up with your motivated seller leads to determine the condition of the house and close the deal.
