E-commerce Finance Assistant for 7-Figure Brand (Long-Term Role)

Hi there,

We’re TechTail: a fast-growing dropshipping business that started beginning this year and is now expanding rapidly.
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Finance VA to help us track daily numbers, manage reports, and support our team with financial clarity and accuracy.
This is a long-term, stable position with consistent workload and clear structure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fill in the P&L and ROAS sheets daily
• Send weekly and monthly financial summaries
• Review supplier cost sheets
• Monitor margins and profitability per product
• Calculate team bonuses and salaries
• Send a short daily update with revenue, profit (€), and profit %
• Improve and optimize our current Sheets used for financial tracking and reporting
• Help identify patterns or areas where we can improve profitability

Bonus Points:
• You have experience with Shopify and dropshipping
• You know how to build and maintain clean, organized spreadsheets

Working Hours:
• Flexible, but ideally available between 9AM–5PM CET for at least 1–2 hours overlap.

Communication:
• We use Microsoft Teams and Google Sheets for all updates.

We’ll work closely together to make smart decisions about product launches, profitability, and scaling.
