About Us
Director of a Singapore-based group of companies looking for a reliable and smart Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant who can help manage daily administrative tasks and some simple accounting, and ideally also well versed in WordPress.
Responsibilities
Handle admin paperwork, contracts, quotations, and tender submissions.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as reconciling payments, preparing invoices, and managing records.
Support in organizing files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining Google Drive / shared folders.
Communicate and follow up with suppliers, clients, and internal staff.
Help prepare management reports or presentations when needed.
(Bonus) Update and maintain WordPress websites — editing pages, posting articles, or making layout adjustments.
Requirements
Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Good Microsoft Office / Google workspace skills.
Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., data entry, invoice tracking).
Organized and proactive — can work with minimal supervision.
Stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
(Bonus) Experience with WordPress and/or website content management.
Preferred Background
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant / Executive Assistant.
Familiarity with Singapore-based companies or service businesses is an advantage.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Work Schedule
Full-time (8 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
