Experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist

We're looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team and play a key role in converting leads into appointments, building relationships, and nurturing long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to inbound and outbound leads (cold, warm, and hot)
-Establish rapport quickly to build trust and uncover client needs
-Qualify leads and set high-quality appointments for the sales team
-Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to nurture long-term leads
-Update lead records and activity tracking in Follow Up Boss
-Collaborate with the team to optimize lead conversion

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent, preferably in real estate
-Expert-level knowledge of Follow Up Boss CRM
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
-Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close for appointments
-Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with real estate industry and terminology in Flaorida
-Experience with scripts and role-playing
-Previous success in converting internet leads, FSBOs, or expireds
