We’re a fast-growing, mission-driven company that believes in kindness, teamwork, and making healthcare accessible for everyone. And now, we’re looking for a Rockstar CSR from the Philippines to join our awesome team!

What You’ll Do
As our Customer Service Superstar, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our patients. You’ll make sure every interaction feels easy, professional, and stress-free.

Your daily tasks will include:
Patient Management & Communication
- Review new patient submissions and IntakeQ messages
- Call patients regarding appointments, forms, or follow-ups
- Check and respond to emails, live chat, and phone calls
- Send PWCs after appointments and upload MMUR certifications and orders

Doctor Support & Coordination
- Prepare doctor notes for checked-in patients
- Support physicians with requests and scheduling needs
- Block hours, move patients, and compile weekly physician reports

Administrative & Quality Tasks
- Update or correct intake forms as needed
- Handle Square disputes and respond to customer reviews
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational workflow

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (bonus if it’s in telehealth or healthcare!)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and great at multitasking
- A true people person — friendly, empathetic, and patient
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of online tools, CRMs, and spreadsheets
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
