About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can fully own outbound lead generation from end to end. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, enriching, and qualifying leads through
Key Responsibilities
- Use
- Research and qualify leads for fit (TikTok presence, ad activity, product category, etc)
- Manage outbound sequences across cold
- Personalize outreach where needed to improve response and booking rates
- Track and report performance (open rates, replies, booked calls, conversions)
- Continuously test new data sources, filters, and outreach angles to improve results
Requirements
- Proven experience with
- Hands-on experience in cold
- Strong attention to detail and data hygiene (clean, accurate lists only)
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and ICPs simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and workflow automation (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.)
- Excellent written English and communication skills

What Success Looks Like
- Weekly flow of qualified brand leads added to CRM
- Consistent outbound activity (100+ contacts per week)
- Conversion from cold outreach to booked discovery calls
Contract Type: Contractor or part-time (with potential to scale to full-time)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based bonuses on booked calls or deals closed
