Google Sheets Financial Dashboards (Business + Personal)

We’re looking for an experienced Google Sheets expert to build two interactive financial dashboards — one for our business and one for our personal finances.

We have around 3,000 transactions from three different bank accounts that will need to be imported, cleaned, and organised. Each transaction should be tagged as either “Personal” or “Business” and assigned a category (e.g. software, marketing, meals, etc.).

Both dashboards should include date range filters and provide clear insights into spending, income, and profitability — all in an easy-to-update format we can maintain ourselves.

Deliverables
• Import and organise ~3,000 transactions from three bank accounts
• Tag each transaction as Personal or Business
• Categorise all transactions (e.g. marketing, rent, food, etc.)
• Build Business Dashboard showing:
• Revenue, expenses, profit
• Expense breakdown by category
• Date range filter
• Separate Profit & Loss (P&L) sheet
• Build Personal Dashboard showing:
• Income vs expenses
• Spending by category and monthly trends
• Date range filter
• Include charts and visuals for quick insights
• Make system easy to update with new data going forward
