About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a growing e-commerce brand. This role involves assisting with a wide range of daily tasks — from administrative and logistical coordination to project support and product operations. You’ll play a key role in helping the founder stay efficient, organised, and focused on business growth.

Requirements
Strong understanding of English (written and verbal) — clear and professional communication is essential. Adaptable and quick to learn — comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, logistics, and online tools. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office. Comfortable using Shopify, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms (preferred but not essential). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
