I run a publishing business that produces nonfiction books across multiple platforms, including Google, Spotify, Amazon, Audible, and Apple.
I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with the publishing and uploading process. Your main responsibility will be to format and upload book files, following detailed step-by-step video instructions.
Main Tasks:
- Format books
- Upload ebooks and audiobooks to different platforms
- Track audiobook promotional codes
- Record progress in a Google Sheet tracker
All files will be provided in organized Google Drive folders, and full training will be given.
Workload:
You’ll publish 6 books per week.
This will take you 4.5-5 hours per week, once fully trained.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable daily communication
- Stable internet connection
- Comfortable following video tutorials
- Basic knowledge of Google Drive and spreadsheets
Schedule & Pay:
- 5 hours per week, spread across the days as you wish
- $4/hour ($80/month, paid biweekly)
Long-term position with consistent weekly work.
