$250 Sign On Bonus – Personal Assistant for Medicare Agency (Full Time Remote)

I am offering a $250 sign on bonus for the right person who is ready to start immediately within the next 24 to 36 hours. I am looking for a dedicated personal assistant who wants a long term position and can grow with our team.



I have been hiring from the Philippines for more than ten years and my main employee has been with me for nine of those years. We run a busy Medicare health insurance agency and I need someone who can help me stay organized, handle client details, and assist with daily operations.



Your main role will be to work directly with me throughout the day. You will be on live phone calls with me and my clients, taking notes, keeping records organized, and tracking each client as they go through underwriting and approval. You will also help cancel old policies and complete data entry assignments, moving information between spreadsheets and updating carrier systems.



This position requires focus, accuracy, and commitment. We work with many insurance carriers, so there is a learning curve, but if you are sharp and consistent you should be comfortable within two weeks.



The starting rate is $6 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time. Pay is sent every Monday through PayPal.



You must speak excellent English with a clear and natural accent. Our clients will hear you on calls, so confidence and professionalism are important. You will need a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection.



You will be joining a strong team of six people from the Philippines who have all worked with me for several years. We value loyalty and reward those who take pride in their work. The $500 sign on bonus will be paid on December 1 to anyone who dedicates themselves to learning quickly and performs well during their first month.
