The Chiropractic Freedom Coalition is a fast-moving, mission-driven organization. We’re growing and need a proactive operator who can “run the day,” keeping communications tight, outreach humming, tasks moving, and reports current while supporting member growth.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm US EST (some flexibility for events)
Compensation: $8/hour plus performance bonuses tied to clearly defined membership and financial milestones
You'll be Responsible for:
Outreach & follow-up: Same-day contact to volunteers; call/text/email; book meetings; keep a tidy follow-up queue.
Comms & coordination: Check and triage
Calendaring & meetings: Set up meetings, holds, reminders, agendas, and notes; confirm attendees; share replays and action items.
Light tech/admin: Make simple updates in our internal tools (basic Replit tasks with guidance), maintain Google Drive structure, update CRM fields (including office hours), create/maintain forms and trackers.
Reporting: Weekly activity summaries; monthly member & pipeline report; event checklists; KPI dashboards.
Event support: Confirm booths, print materials (coordinate with vendors), ship lists, staffing grids, and on-site needs.
Process improvement: Turn ad-hoc tasks into simple SOPs; propose better tools when useful (e.g., Zen Zap channels, templates).

Responsibilities
Operations, Communications & Support
* Triage and respond to
* Coordinate with the Social Media team to post approved content, monitor comments/DMs, and log meaningful interactions.
* Maintain tidy digital filing and links (Google Drive/Docs/Sheets); prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
Outreach & Follow-Up
* Same-day outreach to volunteers, partners, and “hand raisers” (calls/texts/emails); book calls and track outcomes.
* Keep a clean, prioritized follow-up queue; surface blockers and ensure no opportunities slip.
Calendaring & Meetings
* Schedule meetings, holds, and reminders across time zones; confirm attendees and logistics.
* Collect and distribute materials (decks, flyers, links, replays) and action items after meetings.
Reporting & Tracking
* Produce weekly activity summaries and a simple **monthly membership/pipeline report**.
* Keep contact records current (including office hours) and log all touchpoints in the CRM.
Light Tech & Tools (we’ll train where needed)
* Make simple updates in tools (e.g., basic edits/checks in Replit), update CRM fields, create simple forms/spreadsheets.
* Help evaluate practical tools that improve speed, clarity, or reliability (e.g., Zen Zap channels, templates).
Event Support
* Coordinate booth/flyer/card needs with vendors; track shipments, print runs, and staffing grids.
* Answer common event questions, share reminders, and close loops on logistics.

Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English; warm, professional tone on calls and in text.
- Organization & follow-through: you manage many moving parts without dropping balls.
- Self-starter: you finish early, ask for more, and proactively solve problems.
- Tech-savvy: Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive), basic CRM use (GoHighLevel/Airtable a plus), Slack/Zen Zap, and Canva familiarity.
- Comfortable learning light, checklist-driven tasks in various software.
- Positive, mission-aligned, and results-focused with high integrity.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience running operations for a small business, coach, nonprofit, or fast-moving team.
* Building simple SOPs/checklists; coordinating social posting/DM moderation.
