About the Role
As a Kitchen Designer, you will be a key part of our design team, responsible for creating functional, beautiful, and accurate kitchen layouts for our clients. You'll work closely with our US-based team, translating client visions into reality using industry-leading and proprietary software. This role requires an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Design complete kitchen layouts using our proprietary design software, Ardeso, and industry-standard software like ProKitchen.

Collaborate with US-based sales and project management teams to ensure designs meet client specifications, budget, and project requirements.

Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and material lists for production and installation.

Manage a pipeline of design projects, ensuring timely completion within tight deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with kitchen design trends, product offerings, and software updates.

Schedule & Compensation
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, aligned with US Eastern Time (EST) working hours.

Starting Pay (Training): $5.00 USD per hour during the initial training period.

Post-Training Pay: $6.00 USD per hour upon successful completion of training.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Proven experience in kitchen or cabinet design.

Strong proficiency in design software, with a strong ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Highly Preferred (A Huge Plus!):
Direct experience with ProKitchen design software.

Knowledge of the Imperial measurement system (feet and inches).

Experience designing with modular, boxed-style cabinetry.
