We’re looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive Marketplace Account & Catalogue Assistant to join our team.
This is a part-time remote contractor role (20 hrs/week), with potential to increase hours as the company and responsibilities grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Maintain stellar account health across all our marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok, and Walmart.
• Monitor and report on any issues with our product listings, ensuring they’re always in tip-top shape. This includes troubleshooting issues independently and escalating to Seller Support or account managers when needed.
• Produce performance reports and diligently track how key parts of the business are performing across internal reporting.
• When you identify an issue, dive into possible causes and report back with solutions.
• Support the ongoing management and improvement of our marketplace listings and accounts, as well as any ad-hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Solid background (2–5 years) in marketplace management (especially Amazon). We’re looking for someone who can take instant ownership of this area of the team.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets — you’ll need to update and troubleshoot errors in our internal reporting.
• Highly organized — able to manage multiple processes, create SOPs, and improve existing workflows when you spot inefficiencies.
• Excellent attention to detail — you should be able to spot when key metrics are trending in the wrong direction and identify the cause.
• Confident communicator — proactive in flagging potential issues and keeping the team informed.
Desirable:
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace platforms.
