AI Voice Agent Developer

We’re looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent Developer to join our team at HiRise.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining voice-based AI agents that can handle real-world business calls, including: outbound and inbound functions.. using tools like Twilio, ElevenLabs, Vapi, ---------- .

Key Responsibilities:
• Build, test, and deploy fully functional AI voice agents for client projects.
• Integrate voice models (e.g., ElevenLabs) with Twilio or similar APIs.
• Create conversational flows, memory, and logic for natural, human-like experiences.
• Provide proof of past projects - real examples of working voice agents you’ve built.
• Offer ongoing updates, fine-tuning, and improvements as we scale and bring on new clients.

Payment Structure:
• Initial Setup Fee: Paid per successful agent setup (negotiable based on complexity).
• Ongoing Maintenance Fee: Additional payments for updates, improvements, and feature changes.
• Performance Bonuses: The more clients we sign and deploy with your systems, the more you earn.

Requirements:
• Proven experience developing AI voice agents (not chatbots only).
• Familiarity with Twilio, VAPI, ElevenLabs, or similar voice AI frameworks.
• Ability to integrate APIs, build automations (Make/Zapier), and manage call routing.
• Excellent communication and reliability, must be responsive and proactive.
• Must provide proof of previous voice agent projects (audio, video, or live demo).
