Credit Repair • Consumer Protection Compensation: $300 monthly base + 1% commission from all legal settlement cases
About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Consumer Law (Credit Dispute Processor) to join our credit repair and legal support team. You’ll be responsible for reviewing credit reports, identifying verifiable inaccuracies, and documenting violations that may qualify for FCRA
This is not a credit sweep position — we operate strictly under federal consumer protection laws and work in collaboration with a partnered law firm.
We will be training you
Core Responsibilities:
• Review clients’ credit reports (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion).
• Use ChatGPT to assist in spotting factual inaccuracies (dates, balances, payment history, duplicates, etc.).
• Draft summaries and notes for dispute letters and legal case preparation.
• Collaborate with the legal team to identify FCRA,
• Maintain organized client files, timelines, and communication records.
Pay & Benefits:
• $300 monthly base pay.
• 1% commission on all legal settlements (average case values range from $1,000–$5,000+).

Requirements:
• Background in consumer law, paralegal work, or credit dispute processing preferred.
• Strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify inconsistencies in data.
• Excellent writing and organization skills.
• Must be comfortable using ChatGPT and digital systems for report analysis.
