AppFolio Bookkeeper & Property Management VA

I want someone excellent at bookkeeping and strong with details. I prefer someone with property management experience. We are using Appfolio for the books, not Quickbooks. It would be best to have someone with AppFolio experience.

Working Hours: at least 4 hrs overlap with EST hours.
