About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage multiple online business accounts. You’ll handle listings, messages, expense tracking, and overall coordination across our Turo, home rental, and resale platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
•Manage and update Turo car rental listings (pricing, descriptions, availability)
•Oversee Airbnb/home rental accounts — handle guest messages, bookings, and calendar updates
•List and manage resale items on platforms like eBay,
•Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all apps
•Track, record, and organize all business expenses for bookkeeping
•Maintain an up-to-date record of inventory, sales, and performance
•Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
•Excellent written and verbal English communication
•Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
•Experience with Turo, Airbnb, or e-commerce platforms (preferred)
•Familiar with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks, Excel, or Google Sheets
•Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours (CST)
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time (to be discussed)
Monday–Saturday availability preferred
