We operate two U.S.-based brands:
• Vantage Point Developments ( ---------- ) — a luxury real estate development firm based in Florida.
• CitadellePay — a crypto payment platform for high-end merchants and developers.

Our founder, Robert Knight, is building both brands using advanced marketing automation and AI systems. We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to help manage and optimize our funnels, automations, and reporting across both brands.

?? Role Overview

You will manage our GoHighLevel platform, build automation workflows, create dashboards, and ensure smooth daily operation of all marketing systems.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, calendars, and pipelines.
• Set up and optimize SMS/email automations and follow-up campaigns.
• Integrate Stripe, Zapier, and webhooks as needed.
• Test and troubleshoot automations to ensure smooth performance.
• Create KPI dashboards and weekly marketing reports.
• Collaborate with our founder, VA, and AI strategist to implement new campaigns.

? Qualifications
• 2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience.
• Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, tagging, and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with email/SMS sequences and landing page builds.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work setup.
• Comfortable working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. hours).
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT), real estate, or fintech marketing.

• Base Salary: $1,000–$1,200/month (USD)
• Performance-Based Bonuses for quality, speed, and accuracy.
