PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (UK HOURS FOR UK BASED REAL ESTATE AGENCY)
FULL TIME, LONG TERM

We are a well-established, single-branch estate agency based in West London. We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced VA with property management experience to join our team.

This is a full-time, long-term property manager position. We are looking for someone committed and dependable, you must NOT be working another job alongside this one. Reliability and availability are absolutely essential.

STRICT WORKING HOURS (UK HOURS – PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY)
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time
(Equivalent to 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila time)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM UK time
(Equivalent to 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Manila time)

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support the daily operations of our property management department, covering administration, customer service, diary and email management, and marketing support. You’ll work with dedicated property management software.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Send a daily summary email listing completed and ongoing tasks
• Manage the Director’s diary: update appointments, send reminders, confirm with clients
• Keep our contact database updated and well organised
• Monitor and sort incoming emails: respond to enquiries, filter spam, forward as needed
• Provide marketing support and occasional customer service communication
• Assist in coordinating property-related tasks such as right to rent checks, utility swaps, referencing, coordinate gas and electrical safety checks.

REQUIREMENTS
Property experience is essential – minimum 1 year in a property management role (experience with rentals / sales is a strong plus). Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Additional skills in: Customer service, Calendar management & appointment setting, Email handling & organisation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and spoken English: you must be confident in both written communication and making calls (for taking calls, confirming appointments, arranging maintenance access, etc.)

SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
Full-time: approx. 45 hours per week (1 hour daily break per full day)
UK working hours, as above
Observance of most Filipino public holidays (excluding All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day)
10 vacation days available between November and March (after probation period)

SALARY & GROWTH POTENTIAL
Starting from $1,050/month, with potential for a higher starting rate depending on skills and experience
13th-month pay and annual bonus after successful completion of 3-month probation
