Order Fulfillment & Content Quality Assistant (E-commerce / AI publishing)

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to support the order fulfillment process for Bajkaomnie.pl, which runs on our AI platform Childbook.ai. The work consists of finalizing and polishing AI-generated children’s books using our web-based tools. It is a repetitive and procedure-based role that requires precision and accountability, but in the future the scope may expand toward creative template creation and illustration curation.

The role includes working through our internal book-generation flow, reviewing the data submitted by the customer, and creating a matching character using our system. You will inspect the generated content to make sure names, visuals, and the story are correct, consistent, and free from issues. When needed you will select alternative illustrations or make corrections using the tools provided in our web app. When the final result meets the quality guidelines, you will submit the book as complete.

All work is performed fully online in a browser using our own platform and step-by-step internal guidelines. The process is remote, asynchronous, and does not require installing any software.

As you become familiar with the workflow there will be an opportunity to expand into more creative tasks such as creating new book templates, preparing alternative illustration sets, or contributing to the improvement of internal documentation and workflows.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures and checklists, reliability, and comfort working with repetitive tasks. Only basic familiarity with web tools is needed - training and documentation are provided.
