We’re a fast-growing forestry and fire mitigation company based in the mountains of Colorado, USA. Our work involves forestry mulching, chipping, land clearing, and wildfire prevention — using heavy equipment to clear land, protect properties, and create defensible spaces against wildfires.

Our goal is simple: make forestry mulching & tracked chipper videos go viral.
We’re building a content machine that inspires, educates, and entertains — and we want YOU to help us dominate short-form platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a world-class Short-Form Video Editor & Growth Manager to take our raw equipment footage and turn it into viral short-form videos.

Your mission:
Study what’s going viral for forestry mulching & land clearing videos
Create short, addictive videos that explode on social media.
Post and track results, improving performance every week.

You’ll work directly with the company owner and receive ongoing creative direction, analytics feedback, and training on how to grow a brand from zero to millions of views.

Responsibilities

Research & Strategy

Study trends, hashtags, and viral styles on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and Facebook Reels.

Identify trending sounds, captions, hooks, and pacing styles.

Propose new creative ideas weekly based on trend reports.

Editing & Production

Edit 3–5 short-form videos per day using raw footage from our library (heavy equipment, drone shots, job site videos).

Add captions, motion effects, zooms, emojis, and sound design for maximum watch time.

Create platform-optimized versions (9:16 format, 60–90 seconds max).

Deliver polished, viral-ready clips every day.

Optimization & Growth

Upload and manage content across all platforms.

Track performance analytics and improve each week.

Test different hooks, titles, and formats to find what goes viral.

Stay ahead of algorithm updates and short-form best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience editing viral short-form content (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts).
Ability to grow social media accounts from scratch (must show samples).
Expert in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong storytelling instincts — you know how to hook the viewer in 1 second.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Extremely reliable, organized, and able to meet daily deadlines.
Passion for outdoor, construction, or heavy equipment content is a big plus.
