JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Smartwatch Customer Support Specialist** who has hands-on experience handling customer inquiries related to *smartwatch* products.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience responding to customer emails or conducting phone consultations specifically regarding smartwatch features, setup, and troubleshooting. Please note that applications without relevant product experience will not be considered.

**Requirements:**
- Handle customer inquiries via email or phone related to smartwatch setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records using Excel and Word.
- Perform basic data operations, including using Excel formulas (e.g., SUM) and filtering data.
- Demonstrate proficiency with essential computer shortcuts (e.g., copy, paste, save).
- Comfortably adapt to phone-based communication and align working hours with U.S. time zones.
- Effectively summarize and report daily work progress.
