Render Wrangler - 3D Support

Remote Render Farm Support (Part-Time / Technical 3D)
We’re looking for a technically minded 3D artist or TD who enjoys solving problems and helping others. You’ll be providing customer support for Drop & Render, an online render farm used by artists and studios around the world.

What you’ll do
Chat directly with clients to help them solve rendering issues.
Open and inspect jobs to identify what went wrong.
Read and interpret log files and console outputs.
Guide users through fixes or optimizations inside their 3D software.

What we’re looking for
Experience with at least one major 3D package: Cinema 4D, Blender, or Houdini.
Technical understanding of rendering, caching, and file management.
Clear communication in English (written).
A friendly and reliable attitude — you’ll be helping artists under deadline pressure.

When you’ll work
You’ll be active during your own local daytime (roughly 9:00–17:00), which corresponds to 23:00–07:00 CET. Perfect if you’re based in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, or Australia.

Compensation
Fixed fee: $60 per day (for availability).
Bonus: +$20 for each support ticket you handle.
Some issues take only a few minutes, others might take 30 minutes — it varies from day to day. Expect 1–3 hours of actual work on average per day.
