The Role
---

This is a hybrid Client Success + Systems + Operations position.

You will:

Communicate with clients and keep projects moving

Build automations and system workflows

Own delivery systems and performance inside client accounts

This is a high-accountability role. You will be expected to solve problems, follow SOPs, and improve systems.

Responsibilities

Manage client communication and onboarding

Send weekly Loom update videos

Track deliverables and follow up with tea ---------- mbers

Maintain CRM workflows in GoHighLevel

Build and fix automations in Zapier/Make

Use AI tools to streamline delivery

Keep operations organized and running smoothly

Requirements

Strong English (written and spoken)

Experience with GoHighLevel OR any CRM system

Experience with Zapier/Make OR automations

Organized and detail-oriented

Can work full-time and long-term

Stable internet connection

Bonus (Not required but preferred)

Experience in a marketing agency

Familiarity with Meta Ads

Interest in AI and automation
