As an Experienced Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our success, managing high-profile accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Own and Manage Key Accounts: Act as the primary point of contact for our top-tier clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects while providing an A* service that exceeds expectations.
Project Planning & Execution: Lead and coordinate with your dedicated pod of designers and developers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with the client’s strategic vision.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Operations Manager to monitor the performance your pod, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.
Strategic Client Engagement: Consistently seek ways to enhance client satisfaction, delivering proactive solutions and insights to add measurable value to their businesses.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Client Communication & Task Management:
Manage client calls, book in tasks, and work closely with the team to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.
Quality Assurance:
(QA) Perform thorough reviews of completed tasks to maintain quality and ensure all client expectations are met prior to delivery.
Project Coordination:
Oversee our project management system, keeping tasks, deadlines, and resources well-organised across the clients you manage.
Resource Planning:
Effectively plan and allocate resources to meet client needs, balancing workload and priorities within your team.
Upselling & Growth Opportunities:
Identify potential upsell opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions that drive additional value.
Exemplify Account Management Excellence:
Build and nurture strong client relationships through clear, frequent, and effective communication, establishing trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Development:
Serve as a line manager for Account Managers, designers, and developers within your pod, providing mentorship and guidance to nurture their growth.
Requirements
In-Depth Shopify Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Shopify platform and a genuine passion for e-commerce.
Proven Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, managing client relationships and leading teams in an agency or e-commerce environment.
Strong Multitasking Abilities: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Positive Attitude & Proactive Approach: A “can-do” attitude with the drive to take initiative and deliver outstanding results.
